RightHIRE Staffing Solutions, Inc. is a locally owned and operated minority, women-owned small business in Miami-Dade County, FL. It is owned and operated by professionals with over 40 years of combined experience in the Staffing and Human Resources industries. We are a full-service staffing company specializing in Temporary, Temporary-to-Hire, Direct Hire staffing, and Payrolling services. Our core business consists of placing qualified personnel from warehouse positions, to administrative/clerical and all the way up to a CEO. Our ongoing goal is to establish solid, long-term relationships with our clients and employees. We strive to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and seek to maintain a solid reputation based on the quality of our services.

Our applicants undergo a rigorous acceptance process that includes screening, interviewing, testing, reference, and background checking. This thorough process helps us identify the most suitable candidates for our clients. We are truly confident that you will be very satisfied with the services that we offer.  Our candidates are thoroughly screened through a process we have identified as “RightCHECK”.  This process verifies the candidates in a three-step format: Resume Validation, RightMATCH, and Candidate Skills Assessment. In addition, we conduct criminal background investigations for Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Monroe County and the State of Florida. In addition, we conduct Sexual Offender Search, Department of Corrections, and OFAC Terrorist watch.  We also obtain two verifiable previous employment references on all candidates.
